Hi all,

Because (1) there's not a lot of message activity on the forum nowadays, and (2) I don't feel like deleting a boatload of spam users every day for a forum where nothing really happens, we're going to lock down the forums and leave it as a "museum" of sorts. You won't be able to post, just read old topics.

I don't know how this will be interpreted by all the CFCMI and non-CFCMI observers, but I really don't care. There may be some good bits of information in this forum, but I don't see that there's any point in keeping the board open if it's not being used by more than a couple of people. I suspect that most of the people that are going to leave CFC have already departed, and there's still plenty of information on the rest of the site that should be helpful for any future residents that need it.

There's no shortage of blog sites out there if you want to continue to make public comments about goings-on in CFC. If you do set up a blog or other watch sites for CFC (or similar groups), let me know and I can add a link to the links page.

Al,

I understand where you are coming from, and I think you may be right. Most of those who left or are leaving CFCMI have done so, but it is a good idea to keep the forums online as they do provide valuable information.

At the same time, I also think one can only dwell on their past for so long before it's time to move on. We must remember the past, but at the same realize we have a brighter future now that we are free.

I'm glad that it will still be here to look at.
I know for sure that some cfc peeps still look here to see what
is being said. Even if it's inactive for a time,
it's good to have.
It's understandable though.
